New emerging reports are speaking about actress Shannen Doherty settling her divorce from her estranged partner Kurt Iswarienko, just a day before she passed away.
According to recent court documents rolled out to media outlet Page Six on Monday, the leading 90210 star agreed to waive all spousal support and a default of their marriage.
This would mean that the former couple opted to settle their split away from the court of law.
While the actress did sign that agreement one day before, her former photographer husband signed it on the day she passed away. It’s ironic how the timing fell exactly on the day of her death.
The statement went on to read how both members of the couple had mutually decided to end the marriage and make a final settlement for all property and assets as well as the future of any further matters related to property division and reimbursement.
This includes all credits, support for a spouse, and fees related to attorneys as mentioned in the documents.
The duo’s attorneys had rolled out paperwork first thing in the morning on Monday and that’s when Doherty’s publicist revealed that the actress had died while being surrounded by those who were so close to her.
