Expert Reveals Reason Why Remains Of 1160 Missing People Were NEVER Found At Titanic Wreckage

While the Titanic may have sunk close to 100 years back, one expert is shedding light on why no human remains were ever found or recovered from the devastating tragedy.

The ship sunk after slamming into a giant iceberg in the North Atlantic in April of 1912. This was as it was making its journey from the UK to the US.

The ship was once believed to be unsinkable but it did end up going down into the freezing cold waters during the maiden voyage with a staggering number of people, exactly 2224 people on board.

Close to 1500 individuals lost their lives and it wouldn’t be wrong to call it a serious tragedy. But what is incredibly shocking is how none of those human remains were ever retrieved. Sharing his insights with the media outlet Daily Mail, one leading historian who was able to see the wreckage firsthand has put out his theory that’s going viral.

While close to 340 bodies wearing life jackets were found floating on the waters, the rest remain a mystery and he strongly believes the reason is simple. They are still inside the vessel, trapped, and therefore couldn’t come out. Shoes, clothing, and many other belongings were retrieved.

Historians feel that bone dissolves quicker in salty water and the rest of the remains were probably decomposed by marine life quicker than anticipated. But to retrieve anything now is near to impossible as centuries have passed by.
